Cleveland Kidnapping Suspect’s Daughter Had Slashed Her Baby’s Throat in 2008

After a decade of having held 3 women prisoner who they had kidnapped, 3 Cleveland men have been arrested yesterday when one hostage escaped and called the police in a dramatic 911 call.Investigator Jessica Heddings discovered that one of the suspect’s daughters was convicted in 2008 for attempted murder of her one-year-old baby, when she was found with her throat slashed.

While the authorities gather evidence against the three brothers accused of kidnapping 3 girls more than a decade ago and holding them against their will, it seems like heinous crimes against children run in the family.

Through connecting various posts on facebook and twitter, investigator Jessica Heddings discovered that the daughter of Ariel Castro, the owner of the hostage house, and a suspect in the kidnapping, has a daughter who was convicted of trying to kill her own daughter, his granddaughter, in 2008.

From the Journal Gazette:

Before she was sentenced to 25 years in prison, Emily Castro wanted a judge to know she was a good mother.

But the 20-year-old could offer no explanation for why she slashed her 11-month-old daughter’s throat last April, leading to charges of attempted murder and battery. The girl, Janyla, has since made a full recovery.

In January, in a rare trial before a judge rather than a jury, Allen Superior Court Judge John Surbeck found Castro guilty but mentally ill of attempted murder. The charge of battery was included in the more serious charge and not included at sentencing.

Surbeck sentenced Castro to 30 years in prison but suspended the last five years, to be served on probation. She will be required to seek ongoing mental health treatment as a condition of her probation.

Castro sobbed through much of the sentencing hearing.

She was arrested April 4 when police were called to the 3700 block of Parkhill Avenue on a report of a dog biting a child, a report later found to be a passer-by’s erroneous observation. When police arrived, they found 11-month-old Janyla bleeding from severe cuts on her throat and being held in her grandmother’s arms.

Prosecutors argued Castro tried to kill her daughter after breaking up with the girl’s father the day before the attack.

During the trial, defense attorneys John Bohdan and Zachary Witte produced evidence Castro suffered from serious depression for years before the birth of her daughter, and that it spiraled into paranoia, causing her to think her family was trying to kill her and the baby, at the time of the attack.

The claim in the last sentence really makes one wonder if the family had something to do with her paranoia.

Adult film actress Grace Evangeline was angered by online advocates of accused Boston bomber Dzhokhar, so she used her womanly wiles to get the founder’s phone number and posted it on the internet.

There are always those degenerate elements of society that swarm to commiserate and sympathize with the worst criminals out of some perverse sense of self-importance animated by a savior complex. But it takes a special kind of moron to come to the defense of Dzhokhar Tzarnaev, the suspected terrorist bomber who killed 4 Americans and maimed dozens in Boston.

That special moron has a name, and it’s Troy Crossley.

Troy has claimed to be a close friend of Dzhokhar, and he began a twitter campaign through the hashtag #FreeJahar in order to spread intellectually crippled theories about how he was framed, but mostly in order to market himself and get more attention for his flailing attempts as a rap artist.

More recently, his antics in the #FreeJahar “movement” have inspired a lot of ridicule (listen to our latest podcast for more!) especially as the insanity of his followers proclaim themselves a “family” and post ridiculous conspiracy theories.

The funniest and latest event was occasioned by adult film actress Grace Evangeline,who took a special interest in mocking and deriding Troy and his efforts to defend his terrorist friend.

Liberal Artist Amanda Palmer Writes Sympathetic Poem for Boston Terrorist

I honestly don’t understand why liberals run so quickly to sympathize with terrorists.

Amanda Palmer is a very quirky alternative rock artist who gained some fame while playing in the Dresden Dolls, and has since turned into an extremely un-traditional unorthodox performance artist with a loyal following and an interactive online presence.

Boston Mayor Menino Helped Secure City Subsidies for Bombers’ Mosque

It’s being reported in local Boston news that the suspected terrorist is responding to questions, even though he tried to kill himself and damaged his jaw and neck:

WASHINGTON —Law enforcement sources tell ABC News Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon Bombing, is awake and responding sporadically in writing to questions.

The source told ABC’s Pierre Thomas investigators were questioning the 19-year-old Tsarnaev about other cell members and other unexploded bombs, but said no details were given yet on answers.

Thankfully the FBI is in charge of this investigation, because Mayor Tom Menino is definitely personally invested in the “lone shooter” theory he’s been placing on the brother terrorists.

While we naturally tend to sympathize with the mayor of any city having to deal with a terrorist attack, Menino oversaw what some called a local government subsidy to the mosque where the suspects attended religious services. This mosque has since been criticized for it’s ties to extremist Islamist elements.

IDIOTIC ALASKA GOP CONGRESSMAN’S “WETBACK” SLUR GIVES LAPDOG MEDIA ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO SCREECH “RACIST!”

The liberal media is taking absolute delight in taking another idiot GOP politician’s words to beat the rest of us over the head with.

In this case it was Alaska representative Don Young, who used the term “wetback” which is very offensive to Hispanics:

During a visit Young made to Ketchikan, KRBD-FM interviewed him on a variety of issues pertaining to the economy and Arctic development. Young mentioned the role technology played in advancing economic development, using an example from his farm days in California.

“My father had a ranch; we used to have 50-60 wetbacks to pick tomatoes,” Young said. “It takes two people to pick the same tomatoes now. It’s all done by machine.”

I took to twitter to express my frustration and anger at this, and unfortunately, I got some push back from some conservatives. Now, I agree that the liberal media completely embellishes these stories while covering up or not reporting at all those similar stories on the Left.

One perfect example was from this weekend when the Palestinian Authority’s militant wing Hamas posted an article calling Obama the “Jewish Organ-Grinder’s Monkey.” If an individual on the Right had said this, they would have been captured, shaved, jobless, and tarred and feathered within the hour of utterance. But because it’s Jimmy Carter’s best friends forever, the crazy Hitler-loving 911-denying Palestinians, it wasn’t reported at all.

However, Young’ comments are still offensive, and plain stupid.

The problem I have with anyone defending his comments is that it seems like a knee-jerk conservative reaction to leftist knee-jerk screeching of “racist.” We don’t have to defend every conservative against accusations of racism, and in this case, we shouldn’t.

Defend conservative principles and values, don’t stubbornly defend Republicans when they say something stupid, especially when it’s feeding into leftist stereotypes of the GOP.
